WCC Telemedicine Appointment Request

WCC Telemedicine Appointment System GUIDELINES :

1. WCC Telemedicine Appointment System is open only to presently-enrolled SHS and college students of all World Citi College campuses nationwide.

2. This is a remote, non-contact appointment procedure which uses the WCC Telemedicine Appointment System, SMS and online messaging platforms such as Viber, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, etc.

3. Students will be notified of their date and time of consultation by the School Nurse after reservation has been made.

4. Students should respond to confirm the appointment and should ensure that the said schedule does not conflict with any academic or non-academic activity that requires his/her attendance.

5. Students with confirmed appointment shall be on a “first come, first served” basis, depending on a limited number of patients to be accommodated per doctor.

6. Any changes to the confirmed date and time of appointment shall be made known to the student no later than one (1) hour prior to his/her scheduled consultation. Re-scheduling may be done thereafter.

7. Missed appointments by students shall be declared null and void and slots will be given to other waiting patients. Students shall file an appointment anew.

8. Students shall fill out a customer feedback form thereafter for continuous improvement measures.

9. Data collected from and given to the students shall be private and confidential in accordance to RA10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

10. All tele-medical appointments shall be consulted only with accredited WCC Physicians. The School Nurse and Attending WCC Physician has the right to process and store confidential information of the students.
